Refund & Return Policy
At Couchy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review our policy regarding returns and refunds.
All Sales Final
All sales are final upon acceptance of your order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless specifically agreed upon by Couchy due to extenuating circumstances.
Returns & Condition of Items
In the rare case that Couchy agrees to a return, refund, or credit, the couch must be returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered. Any damage or wear may result in the refusal of a refund.
Refund Options
If Couchy approves your return request and:
- Couchy picks up the couch, there will be a $150 restocking fee unless the customer uses the credit toward the purchase of another couch. In that case, no restocking fee will apply, though another delivery fee will be charged.
- You drop off the couch at our location, we will provide a full refund minus the original delivery fee.
Return Shipping
As outlined above, return shipping or delivery is either managed by Couchy (with fees) or the customer can drop off the couch at our warehouse to avoid restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the initial payment. Processing times vary depending on the financial institutions involved and may take several business days.
Special Cases
All sales are final; however, in extenuating circumstances where Couchy agrees to a return or refund, we will work with you on a solution.
